1. Processing
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and the National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it take for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.

2. Purchasing
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. We offer shipment through Royal Mail, first class 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through Royal Mail. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. RJ is not responsible for lost, stole, incorrect address, or misplaced pckages. Once the package has left our place, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.

4. Return & Exchanged

We manufacture bespoke orders as per the requirements of the client. We work with each client, in the process of design, fabric selection, sampling and bulk production. We ensure quality products.
